University of Pangasinan is under Phinma-Education network, it's goal is to make the lives of thousands better through education.
For more than a decade, PHINMA built its reputation on transforming existing educational institutions to better serve Filipino students. PHINMA Education begins this process by strategically selecting a school from a key growth area and thoroughly transforming its academics, operations, and student community in order to ensure success for Filipino youth coming from low-income families.

Upang proudly boasts its achievement in multiple fields producing multiple notchers in the country, year after another and several back-to-backs by molding students to excel in fields that will make them employable through an interactive and round education system highlighting and investing in each student's capacity to perform in major subjects of Mathematics, Language  and Technology.
